New year... new terrain...old minis.

Over Xmas I decided to make a 40k agri farm set.

  1. As I've said elsewhere - awesome! I have a pile of plastic 'grox' in the loft if you need some more.

  2. If you could sort some that would be great mate!

  3. That's a great looking farm, guys! Can't wait to see the grox, too. Do you know where they're from? Probably old Rogue Trader stuff, I suppose.

  4. Hey Shane! The 'grox' I have are an unstarted project I planned a while ago. They're the last edition of Warhammer Cold Ones, and I ordered some heads from the 54mm Inquisitor range 'Kaskrak the Stalker' character. These heads on the plastic Cold Ones should look pretty close to the illustration of the Grox shown in the Rogue Trader rule book.

  5. Oh, man, yeah! I can't wait to see those. I was just talking to a buddy about how I need to develop an eye for what bits will mix with what in order to make cool conversions like that. Here's yet another illustration of why.

  6. I love the buildings. I have been saving plastic tubs for the last few months with a similar idea in mind. The buildings look just like the ones from the section on terrain building from the back of the Rogue Trader book.

I read through that section so often that the pages fell out of both of my copies of Rogue Trader :)
